Our Long Term Care provides round-the-clock nursing support for seniors who require constant medical attention and assistance with daily living activities. This comprehensive care is ideal for elderly individuals who may have chronic medical conditions, limited mobility, or need specialized care that cannot be provided at home.
We provide professional holistic care with our dedicated team of Dietician, Pharmacist, Physiotherapist, Occupational therapist, Therapy assistants, Doctors and Nurses. Our professionals carefully plan meals according to each resident's dietary needs, provide physiotherapy sessions to maintain and improve our residents' mobility and strength, and engage residents in activities that maintain and improve their functions. Our Nurses and Doctors ensures that each resident receives personalized care plans, regular health monitoring, and medication management, with a focus on comfort, quality of life and health enhancement.
Healthy Meals
Our specially crafted menu for residents features fresh and nutritious meals, ensuring each individual receives a healthy and balanced diet tailored to their needs. All meals are Halal-certified.
Physiotherapy
We create personalized treatment plans that includes exercises to enhance flexibility, strength, and coordination. We also help our residents manage pain, prevent complications such as joint stiffness or other mobility challenges that could impact their quality of life.
Comprehensive Medical Care

Subsidies are subjected to means testing by MOHH (Ministry of Health Holdings).*

Monthly Room Rates
Includes nursing care, meals and physiotheraphy twice a week.
Minimum Stay is 2 months. Deposit is 1 month.
Pre-Admission Fee is $380, including ambulance transport, doctor assessment & nursing assessment.
Excludes special needs e.g. diapers & tube feeds. (est $200-500/month).
GST & Ad-hoc charges are not included.
